Process introduction

Our process is designed to provide a clear, structured, and efficient path from initial requirement to compliant disposal and certification. Each step is built around transparency, regulatory alignment, and operational convenience for our clients.

Step-by-step workflow

The standard Sunrup engagement flow from list sharing through pickup, payment, recycling, and certification.

1

Asset List Sharing

The client shares the list of obsolete IT assets, e-waste, or battery waste available for disposal.

2

Site Inspection / Assessment

Our technical team may conduct a site visit or evaluation, if required, to understand asset condition and scope.

3

Commercial Proposal

A proposal is submitted based on asset evaluation, category, quantity, and logistics requirement.

4

Approval & Invoice

Upon confirmation, the required commercial and process documentation is completed and invoicing is initiated as applicable.

5

Payment Processing

Payment is processed through standard channels such as NEFT / RTGS, depending on transaction terms.

6

Pickup & Logistics

Our team coordinates pickup, reverse logistics, and movement of materials through approved channels.

7

Recycling & Certification

After processing, a Green Recycling Certificate is issued within approximately 25–40 days.
